A summer of seduction…
Jules Carmichael needs to get her life together. Pronto. School’s been hell, there was that tiny stint in rehab, and worst of all, she’s lost her cushy summer job. The only available work is at Office Jax, home of horrid 90s music and the biggest jerk on this side of the galaxy…
Recovering from a brutal break-up and taking a hiatus from college, Ryan DeShane has just discovered the “6 Ultimate Steps to the Perfect Summer Fling.” It’s a brilliant distraction, and Jules is a tantalizing target. But the “steps” work a little too well, because he and Jules are definitely, uh, flinging. And it’s only a matter of time before Ryan’s foolproof plan starts to seriously unravel…

Foolproof is adorable, it’s two sad, broken people finding each other through a mutual hatred of 90’s music and a Cosmo article.
Ryan is the worst guy in the world he has to follow the steps in a Cosmo article!!! Bless his cottons even when he was being a dick I still wanted to squish his cheeks together and go arrrr.
Jules is such a sweet girl, I love that she grew a backbone and bit back at her nightmare of a mother.
Jules and Ryan have great banter and I loved the dirty jokes and double entendres. I grew up in the 90’s so all of the dodgy music references and nods to the pop culture of the decade had me MMM bopping along lol.
This story is sickly sweet but with a bit of a saucy edge, Ryan with his 8 pack being a dirty boy did make me slightly hit under the collar.
This is an easy, fairly quick read that will leave you with a grin on your face and singing 90’s classics in your head.
Foolproof gets 4 cheesy stats from me.
